I’m an idiot..

Dae ho lied about everything, and what was the consequences? So many died. And he thought it was his fault. He could’ve helped them..If he wasn’t such a bitch, he could’ve used the gun and helped. And now, here he was. It felt like everyone hated him. Like he was a failure.

Now he was being chased. For his sins. Why was he even running away? He was a coward. Someone who shouldn’t be alive. Someone who should’ve never even ended up in these games. What would his family think? His dad would probably find him to be a bitch, should’ve trained him harder. His sisters? They’re the only reason he’s even alive atp. He would’ve committed ages ago if they weren’t in his life. What would they think of him now? Not a brother? Not someone they loved?

He didn’t even know what to think anymore. Yet he knew he was still getting chased.

Dae ho didn’t stop running, until he opened the wrong door. A dead end. And gi hun catches up to him. He tried to fight him with a shoe, yes a shoe. Did it end up working? Not much. He got the blade away but then got knocked onto the floor.

“It’s your fault.” Dae ho spat, his hands coming up to try and get gi hun’s wrists off his throat, but it wasn’t working. His vision was getting blurry, and he couldn’t think. His hands were getting weak.

“It wasn’t my fault..it was yours..” Dae ho choked out, his face was losing its color. He couldn’t breathe. But gi hun wouldn’t stop. He tried to hear any help from another player maybe a guard, but nobody was coming..He was a failure and this was his ending. No money, no love, nothing. His hands got too weak, and fell back onto the ground, as his body stopped moving.

-meanwhile at the other end of the maze-

Nam gyu was with Myung gi, skipping around, most likely high on pills, but he could still feel something was wrong..He heard one scream, just one, and he was running the opposite direction, leaving a very confused Myung gi to himself.

He ran passed a few players, not even stopping to kill them or get answers. He had one thing in his mind, get there before it was too late. He didn’t even know where he was going, he just kept running, checking every door.

“Where the hell are you..” Nam gyu thought to himself, before looking around the walls. He saw a trail of blood coming from one of the doors, so he thought it was in there, so he rushed over. His blade in his hand just in case. He was cautious for once, the high of the pills feeling nonexistent for the moment when he opened the door, seeing gi hun on top of the..dead Dae ho.

He didn’t even think, didn’t even say a word, and the blade was thrown. The blade hit gi hun’s head with a hard crack, before he finally looked down at Dae ho. Everyone he cared about..left. And now, he really was alone. He pushed the bleeding gi hun’s body off of Dae ho, before pulling him close. He didn’t have to check his pulse to know he really was dead..”You promised, you wouldn’t leave too..” Nam gyu choked out, leaning against the wall. His hand fumbled into his pocket, trying to find anything, all he found was a gun somehow.

He looked down at Dae ho, then at the gun, taking a deep breath. He didn’t have anyone else, no family, no friends, thanos died. And now it was Dae ho. What was the point of living if he had nothing left to live for.

“Maybe in our next lifetime, I’ll be fast enough to save you..” Was the last words he said before the gun shot his head. If he was dying, at least he died with Dae ho, not somewhere alone.
