drew a lil sketch of older max and david EUEUEUEEUEUEU 😭😭❤️❤️ also this looks way different from my usual style cause ive been experimenting with different styles recently ayyyy

DADVID WEEK DAY 7: free day!

and finally got an excuse to draw a couple ideas that’ve been in my head for years:

that bit about “sitting the shower for a while” always made me think of bro just sitting in a ball fully clothed contemplating everything (they shoulda made a thing about Max being a bit scared of Harrison for the rest of the show)

had a headcanon for a long time that the raps that Richie Branson wrote for the credits were things Max wrote from his perspective of the episodes & just whatever else would be in his head at the time (kinda like a journal but rap) (and the episodes without richie would be whatever song was stuck in Max’s head all day lol)

Max would ride on David’s shoulders for as long as possible just to get that taste of height that he’ll never have lmao

David would have no idea what that shirt is supposed to mean (like, he knows what the term is, he would just never put 2 and 2 together)

David would totally take Max along for his dates because he knows Max would absolutely ruin a babysitter - David would be trying his best to be kind and focus on his date & Max would just be fucking around at the buffet or making towers out of those butter cup things

dadvid week day 6 - AU!! ✏️📚

DADVID WEEK DAY 6: AU

decided to just go with a mix of different high school au designs because all other au’s just didn’t feel right to draw

if i could add anything else to this idea, here’s some headcanons or whatever they count as:

Max ran a scam of selling oregano as weed for weeks before anyone figured him out (David found out last)

Nikki is the only girl on the football team & she’s cracked

Neil is the leader of the chess club & wears it like a badge of honor (despite Max & Nikki’s stifled laughs)

David is very much into poetry in his ELA class & always tries to encourage his students to write from the heart (especially Max though he rarely does)

the trio became friends by meeting each other in detention: Max in for skipping class for the millionth time, Nikki in for knocking a kid out in dodgeball, & Neil in for managing to make a beaker explode in chemistry class

DADVID WEEK DAY 5: sea & forest/camping

had an idea that David would be perfect at making a golden brown marshmallow after years of honing his camping skill and Max would just set it on fire cuz funny.
