I'm the BIGGEST hater of those cBee designs from some time back.
WHY ARE YOU DRAWING CTUBBO SKINNY, TWINKY AND WITH NO PERSONALITY 😭
Genuinely will NEVER understand how people see a character with lore like that and say: "Oh, yeah! He's surely a skinny boy with a couple of little bruises, nothing deep and genuinely traumatic!!!"
No. Speaking according to the lore, bro's body would be demolished by the burns. Half blinded, with ACTUAL burn scars. And that's JUST the burns- how about if he'd be skinny or not? A large part of the fandom HCs that cTubbo became an alcoholic after cRanboo's death, which usually makes your weight increase (makes you fat) due to the amounts of calories there are in alcohol. Plus, he wouldn't be weak as MANY used to portray him. Reminder, that dude went through at least 2 wars and built NUKES. That is an understatement, he did more stuff, I'm just too lazy to go check all he did. So, no. He wouldn't be skinny and weak, more like chubby and buff.
Along with that, multiple artists of any kind used to make him either a "soft uwu boy" or a full-on villain and asshole- both are wrong. He could be cold, sure, remembering what he literally endured, but only with enemies and strangers. Reminder: he was one really nice person before, y'know, the intense and traumatizing lore; so, with that info, he'd probably be rather sweet and nice to allies and possibly cRanboo if you HC him as eventually revived (which was true, too! And Revivedboo lives with Michael in the Nether, yet is forgotten and overlooked by fans.)
Honestly, for now I'll leave that there.
