Dabisho fic told entirely from the perspective of midoriya izuku, who realizes that he has become shoto's therapist even though he is wildly under qualified for this position. Still, he helps shoto unpack the complicated feelings he has for his brother, how his childhood isolation and abuse affected his relationships, and tries his best to help his friend. At some point someone sees Midoriya's search history, including shit like "incestuous abuse" "is all incest bad?" "What makes a relationship toxic?", and all Midoriya can think of to keep patient-therapist confidentiality is to use the excuse of "i actually just had an idea for a story and was researching about it haha !!" Which leads him to *actually* write a story about his "hero/villain OCs" (blatant afo/ofa inserts) in a hilariously meta fanfic-within-a-fanfic about all for one and one for all's tumultuous incestuous relationship. It is left ambiguous as to whether the afofa actually happened irl. In the end, shoto discovers that reading stories about fucked up things makes him feel less ashamed about his past and his own abuse, and he becomes a fanfic consuming machine with a strong preference for brother/brother incest.
