So the headcanon part: Vampires in the Forsaken universe don't burn up in the sun, they just get weaker. However, Nosferatu is weaker to the sun than most vampires and staying in it for too long could cause major damage to his skin or they could actually burn up if exposed for too long. On the few maps with sunlight, Nosferatu is usually sat in the darkest corner he can find, unable to do much but hope someone walks by so he can blood hook them. Spectre eventually got tired of this and gave him a parasol (umbrella but specifically designed for the sunlight) for those maps but the image of a blood thirsty killer chasing you down while carrying a parasol is funny to the survivors.
