Comparison of street legal LED head lamp inserts:
Left: Street Triple 675 R with two J.W.Speaker 8690 5,75“ head lamp LED inserts (setup at around ~800 - 1.000 Euros);
Right: Speed Triple 1050 SE with two Osram Night Breaker H4 LED replacement bulbs (each LED light bulb ~60 - 75 Euro)
The Osram LED replacement bulbs maintain the „classical“ look of the twin head lamp setup. If these become street legal for the twin head lamps of the 675 Street Triple the heavier J.W. Speaker item will be replaced again for a more OEM type look. (Same for the 955i Speed Triple)
Easter Sunday in the Berg region
Attaching the Racetorx gear shift support to my 2010 Triumph 675 Street Triple R: the long shaft into the gear box originally sees some momentum which makes shifting less precise than is desirable. The gear shift support stabilizes the gear shaft assembly and helps with precise shift action. As is usually the case, the sprocket area was a mess (although only teflon type („PDL“) spray is used on the chain) and required some thorough cleaning.
