Here's a simple setup idea curated from my current stock: @zildjiancompany Oriental Crash of Doom 20" (1870 grams) and a K Custom Medium Ride 22" (2966 grams). Downsizing your cymbal arrangement is aesthetically pleasing but first and foremost, it needs to work fluidly for what you're doing. By pairing a thin, dark, complex and expressive 20" crash with a perfectly weighted all-purpose 22" ride (equipped with a killer bell, no less) your bases are covered. Pack light but pack right!
