🌧️ Strengthening Monsoon & Cyclone Preparedness at Paradip Port ⚓
Paradip Port Authority organized a Pre-Monsoon Awareness & Preparedness Workshop on 23 June 2026 at the New Board Room, bringing together key maritime stakeholders to enhance coordination and readiness for the South-West and North-East monsoon/cyclone season.
The workshop was chaired by Shri T. Venu Gopal, Deputy Chairman, Paradip Port Authority, and focused on cyclone preparedness, heavy weather response, vessel safety, marine pollution prevention, oil spill response, and effective coordination among port authorities, maritime agencies, and local administration.
Through proactive planning and collaboration, Paradip Port Authority remains committed to ensuring the safety, resilience, and operational continuity of port and maritime activities during adverse weather conditions.
