From such a weak shoot, Krislian really managed to create a piece of art. This shot is absolutely beautiful. Krislian’s pose feels so poised, and elegant, and makes such a shapeless dress look expensive. The softness of the face is beautiful too, and I love the creative decision to pose in front of a mirror. Details like that made it clear Krislian’s social media game was on another level from the rest of the girls.

A flawless start to a very bumpy journey. CoryAnne was put through her paces this cycle, with the judges seeming to change their view on her every other week. That is not what I expected when I saw this stunning shot. Something so perfect coming from such a young model; I expected CoryAnne to sweep the competition. There is so much control alongside perfect genetics. Even if she never really captured this brilliance, I still say this sole shot could get CoryAnne booked for a lot of jobs.

While this isn’t India’s best shot, for me it was the one that gave me real faith. She had a face made for high fashion, but this proved her versatility once and for all. India’s giving me a fierce take on a commercial shoot, elevating it far above the rest of the shots this week. I can’t believe with the sheer number of first call-outs India got this cycle, this wasn’t even one of them.

The end of Marissa’s journey on the show may have been more controversial than I was expecting, but at least she started well. She is just dripping attitude here, but in a good way. Her face is so strong, and she is showing she can wear make-up well. It might not be perfect for a comp card, but her beauty is undeniable. If she hadn’t let her attitude shine through on set, and continued to put it into her work she might have had a far more impressive run on the show.

Tash’s first shot really blew me away. I was expecting so much from her after seeing this: stunning face, strong body awareness and gorgeous skin. I still can’t believe the twins were the oldest members of the cast. Tash could pass for someone who just turned 20, she really was such a timeless beauty, and it is totally understandable why the age barrier was broken down after seeing what the older models had up their sleeves.

Cycle 23 may go down as one of the weakest cycles, but this shot, along with India as a winner, will remain one of the few great moments to come out of it. India was the only girl to have multiple shots appear on the list, and it is because she looked stunning regardless. She was a chameleon blending into her scenario. Here she gave us futuristic ice princess and managed to rock the Avant Garde like no one else. This photo was transformative, and balances high fashion with a modern edge. It would look right at home on the cover of Paper, or even in the pages of Vogue. It has been a while, but it feels right having India be one of the few winners to top this list.

I still can’t get over how perfect Cherish looked. I’d have given anything to see her do the other shoots of the cycle, but this photo goes a long way of curing my sadness. Her face looks incredible and Cherish just nailed representing herself. Even her personality seems to sing through; the way she is staring at me seems so frank and genuine. Cherish may not have been the judges type, but her short time on the show will forever be remembered as one of the highlights of the cycle.

The twin storyline was not my favourite, but at least both of them proved they could be sensational models. Cody is giving us high class, urban glamour in this photograph. She has made the clothes look incredible and made them come to life. The jacket looks absolutely luxurious, and so modern. The strongest part of the shot though is the beauty shot; up until this point she had never shown the same strength Tash had, but this surpassed anything her twin had done.
