Hi Hi! Same anon who asked for a sketch/WIP here! Out of curiosity, are you gonna keep Vincent blonde, or are you gonna make him ginger like Theo? I thought Vincent was ginger as well, which is why a lot of Vincent's painting are debate topics, because people aren't sure if they're self-portraits or portraits of Theo? Sorry if that didn't make sense and I'm not judging! I'm just really curious!
I think I'll be making 2 variations of the same sketch lol, one where he's blonde and one where he's ginger :] I would like to see how my redesign would turn out if I were to be more faithful to his in game design, but also there's an itch inside of me to make him resemble Theo more cus it did bother me back then that they don't look related in-game.
Also, since u mentioned their real life counterparts I would just like to say that I honestly had no intentions to make their hair colors true to real life HAHAHAHW😭 While designing Theo, in my head his hair was still brown to me but in a different shade🙂↕️ to most people however, the color I chose is ginger so I have no choice but to accept that ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
My friend @/thegreatestsnow was the first to point it out and I remember being like "ah fuck I have to change it next time I draw him then..." But by then so many others have alr assumed I made him ginger to be realistic,,, sad to say I'm just bad at naming/recognizing which colors are which(• ▽ •;)
Hopefully I have sated ur curiosity lol, and sorry if this is one long ass response I just felt the need to include that bit after the first paragraph in case you'd wonder if I'd stick to realistic colors w/ my other designs VEISGSKWH
