Yep! I've been keeping up with the previews and drew some of the new characters a bit ago. I've been posting about it a bit more on my main blog, but the long and short of my thoughts is... it's probably got the strongest visual design of the CG incarnations? I'm still quite sad they made Jet so... standard looking, but at least he's not also blond this time. Most of the other characters look alright, but I think G-Junior in particular got pretty badly downgraded... my hopes for the actual story are not terribly high but I'll still watch it when it comes out.

There had to be something that would make this night just a little less boring - though there was something comical to be found in a Halloween party hosted by vampires...he was only here chasing up a lead, but there may have still been a small part of him simply enjoying watching this little act.

Tysm as I’m so glad you love how I write him, I picture him as a traumatized boy who wished wasn’t chained to such a fate.

He has a fractured mindset due to the one who brought him back and I wanted to make that show in the threads, he also has his moments where his kind self shows. 😭

Kohaku is truly a tragic character in the anime/manga who deserves better, the poor boyo.

The youth was struggling with the jewel shard in his back as it was acting up due to him showing anger, he grits his teeth as he could feel darkness covering it as his usual child-like pupils completely fading out as his body slumped over.

Once he lifted his head, he slowly looks around his surroundings for a target, face void of emotion.

The boy heard someone asking him if he was alright as he looks at them, he bows his head before nodding a little as he only suffered a small cut on his right leg.

“A-ahh I’m alright, just a small cut is all. Though, I thank you for your concern.”
