To live in a world where humans can embrace the desire to rebel against anything that does serve their highest purpose and the further advancement of the human race... that is my ideal super-cy-fi.

In my dream I was thinking about many things... writing a book, making a movie, creating costumes, working on animation and character design, and ultimately becoming a film director. 

I really want to explore a world where humans are grappling with the concept of human consciousness interacting with technology in a symbiotic way. I want humans to be able to use nothing but the power of their conscious awareness to control and tap into world of digital devices and gadgets. 

The more spiritually aware and advanced the individual is, the further they can tap into the potential of technology and increase their breadth of understanding of the Cosmos. 

Some have said that encouraging the use of technology does not support our spiritual growth and advancement however I find this to be far from true. To reference a phrase: “Power used to be knowledge. Now it’s knowing what to ignore.” Through the power of conscious awareness, i.e. mindfulness, I believe that human beings will be able to achieve great things and it all starts with getting in tune with your soul.

Moral Ambiguity: to lack a sense and understanding of what is right and what is wrong. This is one of main themes and tropes of cyberpunk stories and one that I latched onto while I was dreaming. One that makes exploring the spiritual nature of oneself so enticing and interesting. 

I always find it interesting that the human psyche is considered to be a dark and scary place full of your worst fears and nightmares. For me, being born in this world is to explore the psyche. To experience this “limited” reality and be “forced” to deal with troubles and problems until I can find a peaceful and uplifting resolution for them. For me, that is the epitome of awesome.

“Up is down”. We need the darkness and the light in order to survive.

Cyberpunk Warrior meets Spiritual Understanding: with my awareness of Cosmic existence, I choose to use the technology available to me in a way that will further my progress and growth as a soul and spiritual being. No matter the obstacle, I will find a way to explore and traverse this Universe. Should my life lead me to darkest corners of my heart and mind, I will be sure to find reasoning in it and allow my faith and understanding to guide me back to the light.
