a weakness for beauty
location: hearts kingdom, front of the palace @cwnmei
Jangmi stared out the big glass windows of the extravagant carriage at the passing scenery outside the window, feeling like she was in a fairytale movie. Usually she would have chosen a sleek black limo or a dark mahogany carriage, but she heard when she heard that the Royal that she was going to have to meet was from the Hearts Kingdom, she opted for the white carriage with gold accents to showcase her consideration to the Royal who she was looking to bargain a deal with for the upcoming art gallery events. The Hearts Kingdom and their light colored aesthetics were definitely a contrast to the Spades Kingdom and even though the lovely elegant lighter colors weren’t exactly in her aesthetic repertoire, Jangmi couldn’t deny that it was still a beautiful aesthetic. She may have her own preference, but she could always appreciate beauty no matter the form.
She inwardly sighed as the carriage came to a stop in front of the palace. Not that she was nervous. No, in fact the truth was, she was actually now debating if the trip was going to be worth the travel. Maybe she should have just kept the communication through emails like she usually did with other potential business partners. She usually only made trips if the closing deals were going to include other types of negotiations. But now was too late for regret as the carriage came to a stop. Maybe she could find a quickie while she was here for the next couple of days.
The carriage door opened and Jangmi got up gracefully about to step down from the carriage on her own when she saw the knight in front of her. And when Jangmi made eye contact, she felt a shiver of excitement suddenly run down her spine when she saw the beautiful goddess in armor in front of her, staring back at her. Halting in her tracks, Jangmi held onto the carriage door frame with one hand to steady her balance as she smoothly moved her other hand out for the knight to take. Trying to stay a professional princess, she asked gently,
“Won’t you be a dear and help me down from this tall carriage?”
