this idea supposed to be a drawing/comic but i cant do it

Big Fan of the idea of cuttletavio never officially getting together because they both know their class difference would not allow their relationship to happen - i also enjoy the idea of both of them being okay with the position they are in life and struggle to adapt to each other’s way of living (theyre not necessarily super happy in their lives but its the only one they know and theyve accepted that and found ways to be decently content in it)

octavio hates the fact he is unable to say what he truly wants and has to constantly watch his word along with keeping up appearance - but his mass amounts of wealth and influence as king allow him the ability to help his people and he’s very proud to do it. while he hates being busy all the time, he has the money to indulge in whatever hobby he wants to get into and is able to move his schedule around to have time for it (assuming there were no pressing issues!!!). he also has expensive tastes (maybe a small shopping addict?). hes diligent at his job and manages his stress well but it is very dangerous (assassins, political enemies, etc.) and he is forced to be very careful around everyone to an extreme degree - so he does not have many friends, which isnt much of a problem when he isnt a very talkative or friendly person.

cuttlefish is content with his routine life and finds happiness in its simplicity - he wakes up early goes to work comes back late, maybe goes out with a few friends or hobby, then goes to bed and it repeats for days on end (part time military schedule basically; 6am-9pm schedule). its something he got used to out of necessity rather than a passion for military, he has a pay check to pay check lifestyle with very little spending room. he doesn’t spend on much so its okay to him, but his small paycheck can lead to financial stress. after work hes too physically tired to do any of the art or poetry he wants to do and on weekends he does side hustles to get a little bit more money. appearances also matter in the society he is in he gets looked down on for being poor and from the country side. hed prefer to get new art materials but has to spend it on expensive necessities and fancy clothes (to give himself a more affluent appearance). finding time to talk to friends is difficult when everyone is very busy with work and their own responsibilities - but he has a very good network of friends around him, even if it takes them months to make a plan happen they still get together!

Comic Idea was going to be: octavio and cuttlefish discuss running away together, then they imagine what their life would be like if they went with the other’s position and it stresses them both out

Craig imagines himself as being married to octavio and the political stress, extra societal stress that would be forced on him and the loss of personal freedoms; octavio imagines being forced into a very boring and repetitive life without the garuntee of fincacial security and being unable to indulge fully in the things he likes

tldr: both of their lives sort of suck, but they cant see themselves living in any other way so they make positives out of it - they also think that the other has it the worst
