A delicious new take on the classic tiramisu, made in a French Press for ease of use and a cute presentation. A delicious dessert is made with layers of mascarpone cheese and coffee-soaked ladyfinger cookies.
Ingredients: 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled. 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Ladyfinger cookies, as needed. Cocoa powder, for dusting.
Instructions: Put together a strong coffee and wait for it to cool down. Mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract should be mixed together smooth and creamy in a bowl. Ladies' Finger cookies should be dipped in the cooled coffee and stacked at the base of the French Press. Put some of the mascarpone mixture on top of the cookies. Put more layers on top of each other, ending with a layer of the mascarpone mixture. Set the French Press in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. To serve, sprinkle cocoa powder over the top. Enjoy the French Press Tiramisu Pudding while it's still cold!
