This world had been created as a town for travelling with mode Traveler, but maybe is also fine for constant living. You need to have at least the game version 1.63 all catalogs and add-ons + the FULL Store. In archive you can find additional Sims3Pack file  Che Si Fa Pong Community - these are it’s human residents. They had been created in a style of my legacy save, for my own game and look like accordingly. If you wish u can settle them into residential Community lot.
