Did an show with the player who wields this amazing and unusual guitar last week. This is a double necked guitar, one front one back, both 7 string guitars. One side has nylon classical strings, with stealth saddle pickups. The other side is an electric style guitar with not only stealth saddle pickups, a lap steel single coil pickup and a hand made “single coil” style pickup with other poles on the low strings. So he can boost the bass. Not only does the body come off and collapse for easy travel. But both side can go from fretted to fretless with the flip on a switch near the base of the fretboard. Amazing! 🤯 The bass player also had a 5 string bass that can go from fretted to fretless made by the same builder, see the 3rd photo. I wish I new more about this builder, I believe he calls him self Mikey Guitars, and I think he is from Toronto.
