hi i don’t normally make it obvious in my drawings but i like to make my MC’s into their own characters and give them their own traits and long winded backstories so uh here’s just some lists so you know more about them?? idk i’m tired

mystic messenger - Emsie (pronounced like.., MC.,,,, very creative name i know)

chaotic dumbass

sweet naive child. too trusting. signs herself up for kidnapping. has probably downloaded a billion viruses on her computer because she thought she won a free iPad :(

it is a miracle she has survived this long. somebody help her

a naturally shy and quiet person. she thinks before she speaks, so you know that whatever does say she means it (even if it is just a joke)

does not have many (any) friends, but is always happy to make some!

very empathetic, and a good listener. 

a sUCKER for romance anything. romantic comedy?? yeah! cheesy musical?? yeAH! romantic novel from the 18th century??? yEET

has no idea what she’s doing in life but honestly isn’t too concerned by it

ridiculously chill about everything. i wish i could achieve her level of zen

ikemen sengoku - (i generally refer to her as Mai now but when i first started the game i called her sen.. like sengoku... i am terrible at naming things ok)

sass master supreme. opens her mouth before she thinks

has a very defined moral code, is not quite sure how to adjust to the changes that come with a different time period and how her moral code fits into this

her hair is the definition of a Hot Mess™

no seriously she is just constantly walking around as if a fan is blowing her hair back but like. all the time. she’s indoors there isn’t even any wind how is this happening

goes with her gut feeling on people, and is able to tell when she should be wary of someone. but at the same time, she tries to see the good in all people, despite what that initial gut feeling tells her. 

stubborn as hell

has a lot of pinterest boards for DIY things. she’s a pro at arts and crafts time

tends to get caught up in the moment and then approximately .02 seconds later realizes she has Fucked Up

as much as it may get on my nerves (cough shingen and nobu’s route cough) is the type to get So flustered around hot guys that she loses all ability to think and function like a normal human being. she basically has a system crash when hot guys give her attention ok

she is good with compliments about things she has made (like yeah that thing i sewed Was good! i know it was i am good at what i do) but doesn’t know how to process compliments directed at Her. like “i can’t control that what do you mean i’m pretty???!!???? ahhh!!!???????”

ikemen revolution - (named Alyss, pronounced like Alyssa but minus the second A... basically just a weird pronunciation of Alice. plz don’t @ me on my naming abilities ok)

absolutely cannot stand feeling like she’s a burden. she has to do something so that it feels like she’s being helpful. she’s the friend you have over for dinner parties and she always volunteers to do dishes. you politely tell her she doesn’t need to but she replies “i’m doing them anyways!!!!” and you honestly cannot stop her

always going out of her way to be helpful to others, even if it would inconvenience her.

has a tendency to day dream and let her mind wander

restless leg syndrome supreme when she is concentrating

if her first impression of someone is negative (scary, rude, etc), but over the course of getting to know them she sees a different side of them, she is very willing to amend her original impression. however, if her first impression of someone is positive, it will take something drastic to convince her to change her mind about someone.

if i could draw dimples i would give her dimples ok. and very round cheeks

she’s the type of girl who brushes her hair 100 strokes every night before bed

owns a Mom Purse. no clue how she fits so much stuff in that tiny bag but she is always prepared for emergencies
