A way to store pain and negative energies and siphon them out of you

Okay so I have chronic headaches and I’m too low on energy to keep up a shield or my usual pain/negative energy siphoning air halo right now, so I enchanted a ring to take away my pain and negativity.

This is a super simple hex that isn’t that harmful, it only takes whatever ailments you have, and sends them to the subject.

All you need is:

   A ring/necklace/crystal/literally anything that can store energy

   Some sort of pain or negativity in your own body

   And intention

What I did was held the ring I wanted o enchant and closed my eyes. I thought of what I wanted it to do, whispered it, “siphon away and store my pain until I have a use for it,” then I visualized my gathering the magic around me, I see it as light, but you can use whatever works for you, and finished the enchantment.

I kept track of the amount of negative energy in the ring by watching the white like surrounding it darkening. Once it was full and I didn’t know what to do with it, I decided to send it off to someone I have been meaning to hex.

I took off the ring again, let it sit in the palm of my hand, and said this to it three times:

Ring please take all your pain,

And send it through the air and rain.

Let it find a temporary home,

In (name of person)’s (adjective that describes them) bones.

(adjust for your needs)

This reset the energy balance of the ring and allowed it to absorb more of my pain. Alternatively you could send the energy off to another, larger storage source, but I thought this was a good, immediate use for it.
