Enjoy the flavors of tandoori chicken without the need for a traditional tandoor oven. This air fryer recipe delivers tender and flavorful chicken with a delightful charred exterior.
Ingredients: 4 boneless chicken thighs. 1/2 cup plain yogurt. 2 tablespoons tandoori masala. 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1 teaspoon cumin powder. 1 teaspoon paprika. Salt to taste. Cooking spray or oil for the air fryer basket.
Instructions: Get yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, cumin powder, paprika, and salt in a bowl. This is the marinade. Mix the chicken thighs into the sauce and cover them well. Put the dish in the fridge for at least an hour, or overnight for the best results. For 5 minutes, heat your air fryer up to 375F 190C. Once the chicken is no longer cold, take it out of the fridge and let it warm up at room temperature. To keep the basket from sticking, spray or brush it with cooking oil. It's best to leave some space between the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket so that they don't touch. Air fry the chicken at 375F 190C for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping it over every 15 minutes, until it's fully cooked and the outside is nicely charred. You can eat it hot with naan, rice, or salad.

Treat yourself to the rich flavors of lobster tail with brown butter risotto. This fancy dish is great for a fancy dinner at home or a special event.
Ingredients: 2 lobster tails. 1 cup Arborio rice. 4 cups chicken or seafood broth. 1/2 cup dry white wine. 4 tablespoons unsalted butter. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tablespoons chopped parsley. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375F 190C. Prepare the lobster tails by cutting the top shell lengthwise down the center with kitchen shears, then gently pull the meat from the shell, leaving it attached at the end. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and brush it over the lobster meat. Season with salt and pepper. Bake the lobster tails in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through. Remove from oven and keep warm. In a separate saucepan, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat until melted and beginning to brown. Be careful not to burn it. Add the Arborio rice to the browned butter and cook, stirring constantly, for 2-3 minutes until the rice is well coated. Pour in the white wine and cook until it is mostly absorbed, stirring frequently. Gradually add the chicken or seafood broth, 1/2 cup at a time, stirring frequently and allowing each addition to be absorbed before adding more. Continue cooking until the rice is creamy and tender, about 18-20 minutes. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste. To serve, spoon the risotto onto plates and top each serving with a lobster tail. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.

Instructions: Get rid of the champignons' steely bits and keep them fresh. Enjoy the perfectly cooked champignon steaks with roomkaas, grilled Parmesan kaas, and perfectly cooked knoflook. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fill each mushroom with the room-temperature mushroom mix. Place each stuffed mushroom in a small appetizer dish. Try the mushrooms with olive leaf. Put the mushrooms in the air fryer and cook them for 10 to 12 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, or until the mushrooms are crispy. Garnish with a verse of Peter's lyric and serve warm.

This Five Star Filet Mignon Stuffed with Mushrooms and Onions recipe is the height of luxury. Every bite of this filet mignon is packed with a burst of flavor from the mushrooms and onions that are mixed inside. Excellent for unique events or when you want to lavish yourself with something special.
Ingredients: 4 filet mignon steaks. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 cup chopped mushrooms. 1 cup chopped onions. 4 cloves garlic, minced. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/4 cup beef broth. 1/4 cup red wine. 2 tablespoons butter. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Each filet mignon should have a horizontal slit cut into the side to make a pocket for the stuffing. Put olive oil in a pan and heat it over medium-low heat. Put in garlic, onions, and mushrooms. About 5 minutes of cooking will soften the food. Put salt and pepper on the inside of each filet mignon. Pack the mushroom and onion mix into each filet mignon. Sear the stuffed filet mignon for about two minutes on each side in the same pan until it turns brown. Putting the filet mignon in a baking dish, add the beef broth and red wine. Put butter on top of each filet mignon. For medium-rare, or until done to your liking, bake in an oven that has already been heated for 10 to 15 minutes. Before you serve, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
