Post-interview note: I am happy to report that John Lynch is as lovely and soft-looking as you would expect! He is full of insight, a great storyteller, and was very moving in describing the impact playing Bridgens had on him. I still can’t believe this is my life. He said that Bridgens wound up being the kind of man he wished he was. John, I’m here to tell you that you’re wonderful, and you are more like Bridgens than you realize. I told him that my wife calls her her Bridgens and he said “That’s how you know that you’re living your life right.” I can’t wait to add his insights to my chapter and get this first draft off to the publishers. April 15th is right around the corner!
