I’m not sure I ever would’ve been able to release this last album if not for @highanxietyyy here’s a quick story to explain.I’ve struggled with Bi-Polar Disorder Type 1 for as long as I can remember.And out of the many ways that it can manifest,one way is that my head tells me that i’m not an artist,that what I do is garbage,that nobody listens or shares (because they hate it).It tells me i’m a hack & I should just give up.It doesn’t have to make sense,it’s just what I hear bouncing around my skull.But Sarah ALWAYS helps to bring me down.She knows what to say to remind me that I’ve always created music for myself,to help alleviate the pressures that come with having mental illnesses.So,THANK YOU my dear.I fought HARD just to release a 5 song e.p.......I started climbing the wall that my brain built and almost fell,but i’m glad I didn’t.
