What’s up everybody, My name is Armando. I perform under the nom de plume of Sketch tha Cataclysm. I’m a rapper/producer/poet based out of New Haven, CT. I started this gofundme because (after various movings in and out of roommates and renovations in my apartment) I have found that certain key pieces of my studio equipment have ceased to function in a useable way. Right at the onset of a key week in my album production, I found that (after turning on my MPC) various buttons have ceased to function, and, right at the start of an intended live stream, I wasn’t able to get my laptop to work. There’s other pieces that were ruined as well but those are the main two. Earlier this year, I spent a good chunk of money on improving my set up and stepping up my output immediately, just to have this tremendous setback. After discussing with my friends and peers, I realized that I’m not going to be able to get back to my workflow without assistance. I’m going to need help. I was pretty deep into the work on my album and various singles and this put the brakes on those. I really appreciate any help that I can get. Thank you all for reading. Much love.
