“It’s the weekend, nobody wanted to come in.” Unlike Lo, who barely had a life in the first place. “I’ll do the writing, you get pictures.”
Who the hell owns a Polaroid in 2019? Detective Snow, apparently.
And yet, here she was. Not that Orrin was really surprised by this; if anything the camera was a bigger shock.
“Thought you’d have a digital one by now,” he mumbled through a yawm. “And I have a notepad... maybe I should write...?”

Of all the people expected to be reclining on Lorelei’s couch, Crow definitely wasn’t one of them-- not after everything.
But there he was, looking battered and ragged, sitting in her living room petting Benji. Swollen blue eyes turned up to her as she walked in, and a contrite smile appeared on his face.
“...Hey, Stardust.”
@crystallomance
Now this was a call he didn't expect to be making. And probably not one she expected to receive, when it was Desmond Erasmus that spoke over the line.
"Luminous. I need to speak to you. It's about Crow."

Okay, this was a little weird even for her. Portals had been opening up all over town, and now this girl? She really had to see if there was some sort of curse on this town.
But for now, it might be better to get out of the way. A back handspring or two had her avoiding one of the creatures as it slammed into the ground.

crystallomance liked your post “Starter Call for Felix and/or Sans, i’m feeling those two tonight....”
💙~ “.....I don’t remember inviting his ass.” Murmured some but definitely audible, this was supposed to be a fun little chill time!
🦴~ But there’s a skeleton looming around them both and while it’s generally his thing, he seems just a little too chill and content. “ *hey. what’s up? ”
"Entitled mothers are just the most infuriating customers, aren't they?" It's weird, the common ground you find with people.
“Some may need to sacrifice their dignity for the sake of money, and they’re all the greater for it, but I have no interest in making a ‘Princess Cake’ with a plastic toy in the middle, fondant, impossibly sturdy whipped cream, and fruit that isn’t in season within a six hour drive to my Cafe.”
“I am an artist. I refuse to compromise my art for the sake of a wailing brat who has no taste.”

Eve had messaged Crow soon after speaking with Desmond, asking him to arrange a meeting with Luminous. It was no secret the two of them had been dating, especially to Eve. She’d wandered in on her assistant doe-eyed and staring lovingly at his communicator on more than one occasion.
Eve had requested a private meeting, and instructed her on how to get to Fate HQ by way of the underground parking, taking the elevator to the forty-fifth level.
When she emerged, there was someone there to greet her -- none other than Eve herself; a tall woman with a cascade of wavy platinum blonde hair, obvious cybernetics poking out from the back of her neck. The leather duster she wore obscured more of the lights. Her intense, wine-colored gaze was nothing short of unnerving.
“Luminous,” she greeted simply. “We finally speak in person.”
