God imagining You and Dabi in the middle of a burning building, there’s no escape and you want to run but you don’t want to leave him behind. He’s holding you to his chest as you hear a support beam crash to the ground. You look up, seeing that if you wanted to escape, it had to be now. But Dabi grabs your cheeks, forces you to look him in the eye as he growls out a “You’re staying here. Do you understand me? You are not leaving me here. You know we both deserve it.” He commanded you. Looking into his eyes you can tell deep down it’s not a command-he’s begging you. He knows you don’t deserve it-but he does-he just....can’t stand dying alone, away from your reassuring hold.
