It has been brought to my attention that many countries outside of the Iberian peninsula and France don’t eat croquetes (though some have similar concepts, like falafel which is basically a chickpea croqueta).
So this post is dedicated to croquetes!

Croquetas de atún y patata
Ingredientes:
-200 gramos de patata cocida -2 latas de atún al natural -1 huevo -Perejil fresco picado -120 gramos de CornFlakes sin azúcares añadidos -Sal -Pimienta negra -Nuez moscada
Preparación: Precalentamos el horno a 180 grados. Pelar las patatas y machacarlas con un tenedor, añadir el atún escurrido, el perejil, nuez moscada y salpimentar a nuestro gusto. Añadir los CornFlakes en una picadora, triturar y añadir en un plato. En otro plato batir el huevo. Dar forma a las croquetas y rebozar en el siguiente orden: cornflakes, huevo, cornflakes. Colocar las croquetas en la bandeja del horno, forrada con papel de hornear. Hornear de 10 a 15 minutos por cada lado, o cuando estén doraditas por ambos lados sacarlas.
