I think I made his lordship too cute. The beard is a bit lopsided, and those eyebrows are uneven, but oh well. This is like my 3rd attempt at making him (I kept finding minor things like the beard or the eyebrows that needed fixing, so I kept starting over), and I am finally getting to the hair. @rabb-te
This is probably the most expensive thing I ever crocheted. The skein of yarn was 25 dollars (it's real wool), and I only got one cat out of it, whereas my 8 dollar yarn of about the same thicknesses (blanket yarn) can make at least 4 cats.
I legitimately do not understand why so many people pretend like "no sew" patterns are supposed to be easier for beginners when in fact they have to make so many different kind of stitches for one work, when they could get the same effect just as easy by sewing pieces together. Like, I seriously don't get it why is sewing viewed as harder??? Embroidery sure, I never got the hang of that either, but sewing in crochet is literally just like connecting dots with a needle.
Fun Fact; I've been doing crochet for several years now, making my own simple patterns and stuff (mostly small plushies).
