Ingredients: 4 pieces of cube steak. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1 cup breadcrumbs. 2 eggs, beaten. 1 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 1/2 tsp paprika. 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper. Cooking spray.
Instructions: Preheat your air fryer to 400F 200C. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Dip each piece of cube steak into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally into the breadcrumbs, ensuring they are well coated. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Place the breaded cube steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don't overlap. Spray the tops of the cube steaks with cooking spray. Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
