Ingredients: 4 cups cooked chicken, diced. 1 cup celery, diced. 1 cup slivered almonds. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. 1 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1 cup crushed potato chips.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a large bowl, combine diced chicken, celery, slivered almonds, shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle crushed potato chips evenly over the top of the mixture. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and the top is golden brown. Serve hot and enjoy!
