I love the concept of a person complaining about a tag on an incomplete story. If there is a tag, there will be something related to it.

Look, what's in the tags? Seems like dear scumbag did not read the tags (which is basic ao3 etiquette)

Also, in the relationship tags, you put ALL the relationships relevant to your story in order of appearance or relevance. Which I did. See how Liam & Violet is the first one I tagged?

If I put a Violet/Xaden tag and I also specified they will have POVs...then they will be relevant to the story and therefore I tagged the relationship.

"oh, you should tag it later then" I am not obligated to. If I know the relationship will be explored, might as well already tag it.

As I finished up the main storyline for my series showing how Mario and Peach got together (in my head, of course), I cam here to share said series, and the other fanfic I’m constantly updating!

Peach confesses is a short series (soon to be turned into a chaptered fanfic) focusing on Peach and Mario getting some well needed help in confessing their feelings! Everyone is involved, from Bowser to Toad and everyone in between! It’s silly, it’s cute, it’s a bit dramatic at times, but people really seem to like it! The Super Mario Bro(s), on the other hand, is a chaptered fanfic currently on the making, based on an idea I had like a week after watching the movie for the first time: what if Mario didn’t arrive on time, and everyone thought he was dead?! It involves Luigi coping with his grief, Peach feeling extra guilty for getting Mario killed, a lot of crying, some action, and most important, Mario being captured! Yes! Because Bowser isn’t Bowser without having someone in a little cage to get what he wants! THIS parallel is making the fandom CRAZY and I’m no different. I’ve been thinking about this since Saturday. ‘Kissing is for people we like only’ oh???? Really Pete? That’s so nice for you to say.

The thing about this is: everyone is going crazy about how Pete initiated the kiss but that’s not even the important part - he initiated A kiss!

Vegas says ‘let it out’. He teases Pete to make sure he wants him, he teases Pete because he’s upset and he doesn’t want to take what Pete doesn’t want to give because ‘for a guy like you, it’s not fun if you don’t give in’

BUT “GIVING IN” DOESNT INHERENTLY MEAN KISS

Of COURSE Vegas wanted to kiss Pete and wanted to be kissed back. He had already kissed Pete before! But if it was just sexual attraction bringing Pete in, he could have set a limit. He could have been like Kinn: “I’ll give in to you because I’m horny and I want you, but we are not going to kiss because kissing is for people I like only”

YOU SEE THE DIFFERENCE?!?!??!??

They could have fucked and had all that bdsm shit and done all they did just the same if Pete had been vocal and said ‘Yes, I want you, but I don’t like you, so we are not going to kiss again because last time you stole it and I don’t kiss who I don’t like’. BUT THATS NOT WHAT HE DID! He went in for a KISS! A KISS!!!! He wanted to KISS Vegas because ‘kissing is for people we like only’, and guess what, he likes Vegas! He does!

So many other people have analyzed why and how the series is perfect at showcasing that Pete likes Vegas and the reasons as to why he does, but I haven’t seen anyone talking about THIS parallel in detail.

Pete didn’t have to kiss Vegas to give in. He could have been clear and set a limit. But he didn’t want a limit. He wanted everything.

And if I’m being honest, I bet he was even a bit surprised at how gentle Vegas was with him, how much he worshipped him and made him feel good.
