ive read too much for me to expect most fanfiction to be like short and i can read it under like 10 minutes instead of a walk of text (like a paragraph)

‘you know i don’t like when you say stuff like that,’    looking up at lestat with a knowing gleam in their eyes,  sera knew he was right,  regardless.  they were both monsters,  to be fair,  but lestat had stepped up to take care of sera and the mess her father had left for her.  that didn’t mean he had to like it.    ‘i’m grateful,  i just . . .’    if something were to happen to lestat  -  someone she’d come to see as family  -  sera might  (  intentionally or unintentionally  )  burn the world down around them.  closing the newest book lestat had brought them,  sera looked over lestat’s features,  noticing droplets of blood still left on her cheek.    ‘at least let me clean you up a little,’ @tueurloup.
