"New Funny World of Edd Comic #12! Have a laugh good!"
This is a found, altered Eddsworld comic from a bootleg website (edsworldcomics.com; long defunct). The site contained other modified comics with disturbing, often with themes of death or a "rapture", usually involving Eddsworld characters. It's unknown how many "comics" were made total, as the site became defunct shortly after.
This comic in particular was labeled as "i'm sorry tom" in its filename.
