Me, a biologist: Darwin never claimed to know everything about the subject, and unlike the inception of a religion, scientific theories don't come from a prophet speaking on high for some greater power. Darwin submitted a claim, heaps of evidence to back it up, and said that it may be wrong because there are a few things he can't account for and because he was only one man with 19th century technology a lot of those questions went unsolved. Now, almost 150 years later, we do have the technology and manpower to not only answer those questions, but definitively prove that his theory was correct.
