Yesterday I taught a knitting/crochet class for a church group doing charity work donating prayer shawls and blankets to APS to give to elderly members of the community who are isolated. It was fun to teach such a large group and to be a part of a nice charitable action. But, being around church ladies for four hours was a little weird. There was chit chat about how global warming was a hoax (I had to try SO hard not to respond), lots of thank god for this or that, and of course I felt a little awkward during the praying. Though I did remain respectful and professional the whole time. There was a moment that freaked me out a little. Two ladies came in asking about my car wondering whose it was. At first I was horrified that they could have seen my husbands bumper sticker that has an odin fish spearing a jesus fish (I find it funny but in rather poor taste honestly). But, it was just that the older lady was german and recognized the german eagle sticker on the car. Crisis averted!
Today was a #crazybusyday started with my normal Saturday cleaning then I rode my bike to my sisters house and then we drove to #tahitiandance class and then when we got back to my sisters house I rode home. Then I did my regular #22minutehardcorps workout. I am super tired. Soooo happy that tomorrow is #myrestday #fitnessisfun #momfitness #idowhatican
