Abilities:

His special ability is electrokinésis, capable of manipulate, produce, and absorb all type of electrical energy.

His tentacles can stretch.

Can fly.

As he lacks bones, can go through very narrow areas.

Can breathe underwater.

Can travel within electric currents.

Can survive in the vacuum of space.

Can generate a protective energy shield around himself.

Can be intangible and electrocute things by passing them on.

Use electrical pulses to read the thoughts of others.

Can adhere on walls and ceilings.

Can jump extremely long distances thanks to the membranes of his legs.

Can kick very hard. 

Can generate strong shock waves with his jumps. 

His hard head is strong to ram and is filled with a viscous material that cushions the impact. 

Can jump between walls.

Weaknesses:

Is weak against enemies that can drain his electricity.

His intangibility is useless against other beings that can also become intangible.

His body is very fragile, so heavy things that fall on him would leave him unconscious.

Can use his electricity underwater, but if he is using electricity when entering the water, or only part of him is in the water, he will electrocute himself.

Can't jump from high altitudes. 

If his membranes are hit correctly, he will jump back automatically. 

Is Mucilator's natural prey, and can become trapped in the sticky sacs on its body.
