Hello, yes, this is one of the Grass Veneers, moths in the subfamily Crambinae of the family Crambidae (the Grass Moths).
I'm not confident that this individual can be identified to species from a photo, though it greatly resembles moths in the genus Pediasia.

Any idea about what this tiny critter who landed on my arm could be? Sadly I wasn't able to get any pics with something for scale, but those are dog hairs next to the bug, if that helps at all.
Could it be some kind of planthopper, maybe? I find their long "nose" particularly interesting

They are native to to Asia. but have been intoduced into the NE US, along with other parts of the world.
There are 2 color forms, this is the white form.
