The craft exchange with @jon_the_saskquatch is complete, because my creation has finally arrived which means I finally get to share it with you guys too! . As it is #WorkspaceWednesday I thought I would show the working progress that went in to creating this piece. It's a mix of different cultural designs, with a Celtic triskelion set into a Maori matau, representing the mix of cultural influences that inspired it. . This will probably be my last carving project for a while, as the trusty Dremel is now packed away in preparation for moving house and country. It was great to have this opportunity before taking a bit of a break! .
