I wanted to show what I made her! 😊😁🥳 1️⃣ I bought the clover pattern on Etsy and then I added the backstitch and the text! It was a bit tough (so many greens!) But I LOVE how it came out! 2️⃣ ALL the Icelandic candy. Lol. And some touristy things, a christmas bouncy ball (🙈) because why not, a unicorn pencil and some Icelandic Yule Lad's christmas cards. The craft exchange with @jon_the_saskquatch is complete, because my creation has finally arrived which means I finally get to share it with you guys too! . As it is #WorkspaceWednesday I thought I would show the working progress that went in to creating this piece. It's a mix of different cultural designs, with a Celtic triskelion set into a Maori matau, representing the mix of cultural influences that inspired it. . This will probably be my last carving project for a while, as the trusty Dremel is now packed away in preparation for moving house and country. It was great to have this opportunity before taking a bit of a break! .
