Steamed Maryland blue crabs are a classic dish enjoyed along the East Coast. The crabs are steamed with a flavorful blend of Old Bay seasoning, water, and vinegar, resulting in tender and succulent meat that's bursting with flavor.

Ingredients: 6 live Maryland blue crabs. 1 cup water. 1 cup vinegar. 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning.

Instructions: Fill a big pot with water and vinegar. Add Old Bay seasoning and bring to a boil. To steam something, put a rack in the pot. Carefully add the live crabs to the pot once the water starts to boil. The crabs should turn bright orange after 20 minutes of steaming in a pot that is covered. Take the crabs out of the pot and let them cool down a bit before you serve them.
