SIREN FROM HELL
Trance: His scars. The scars take away from the perfect, charming, unbothered person he puts on for the public. It's just a glimpse of the real him, and all the shit he's been through in life.
Egon: Not really anything, he doesn't care much about his appearance other than generally taking care of himself.
Seiren: His status. He knows he is the weakest type of demon and he's constantly ridiculed for it by Wraith. It's also why he may never be able to be free from Trance's body...
Wraith: Showing any kind of weakness. Wraith acts unkillable and like a badass all the time, but he is terrified of showing any sort of vulnerability, because he knows in reality, he isn't even close to unkillable.
Jet: How he's perceived. Physically, he doesn't really have any problems with his looks. But he is always trying to make himself be likable in any way that he can, because he's so sensitive to how people may see him. He doesn't want to feel so alone anymore.

Hauer: Hauer acts like he doesn't care for social norms or views, but he is self conscious about the right side of his face. He keeps it covered because he doesn't want anyone to stare, to pity him. He's more intelligent than most of those around him, he isn't a man to be pitied by someone beneath him. He also hates that being half blind certainly comes with its difficulties.
Ralph: Literally everything. His appearance, his personality, his intelligence. Ever since he was created, he's been told how hideous he is, how stupid, how no one but Hauer could ever actually care about him. Every stitch and scar, every time clothing doesn't fit because of his immense size, every time someone stares at him and screams in horror. Just reminds him that Hauer is right.
Bogy: What she is. She hates being a demon. She does what she can to have as normal a life as possible, concealing what she is even from those closest to her. Demons are evil, and she wants so desperately to be good, and to just have a normal life. She doesn't wanna hurt anyone.
OTHERS:
Rey: Nothing, really. He's happy with his appearance, and it takes a lot to bother him.
Lias: Also nothing. They were created perfectly. - Not the fact that their own actions of going against their own nature makes him sick, is eating away at him like a cancer. Definitely not that.
