Today at 10:30am we had to say goodbye to our best friend Coulson. He’s been with us for over a decade, and last year we learned that he had cancer.

He’s been with me through high school, college, a pandemic, the wedding of my sister, and through it all he has been the greatest gift God has given our family. Today we had to give him back to God. To those who knew and loved him, I’ll be crying with you but know that he went peacefully and with a tummy full of hot dogs and a room full of his family.

I couldn’t have asked for a better boy.
