At first, this small, meek-appearing Lamb offered no promise on first impressions. After many tried and failed attempts with Vessels that were the complete opposite seeming of the Lamb, Narinder was hesitant to form any sort of potential attachment to a former mortal that may fail before slaying his first foe.

Yet the Lamb proved formidable and determined, and their cult-raising skills were the best of any of his former Vessels.

And so, despite himself, as the Lamb continued their superb work The One Who Waits found himself appreciating his Vessel more than just his mere avatar in the Lands of the Old Faith...

Unfortunately for Narinder, it won't be for a while before Lamb sees him as more than just their lord and master. Matter of fact, they have been married multiple times before and even during this moment so any feelings beyond the cordial Master-Servant (maybe even friends...) were the furthest from the Lamb's mind here.
