Iâm 22, nearly 23. I didnât do well in a levels at college so never went to university when I âshouldâ. I recently signed up for some online courses because I decided I want to go to university... then I got pregnant! Iâm still planning to go to university however itâs so unlikely to be for ages and ages. I donât mind. It was going to be late anyway. People tell you youâll be too old but itâs a lie, try not to let them get to you! When I was 18 I had never been kissed or anything, 1/2
2/2 I had mental health issues and didnât think I had a future. I certainly didnât think I would be planning to go to uni later on because I thought itâs too late! Now however I have a wonderful partner and baby and Iâm looking forward to one day going to uni, even if Iâm 40. Everyone goes their own pace and their own path and thatâs fine! Itâs something everyone struggles with but I know so many people who havenât had a romantic relationship / been to uni who are over the âright ageâ! Xx
