Date night missions? No one told me about date night missions!
Love how they share a braincell.
Part of me wants to level a female smuggler...just to pick all the flirt options to make Corso jealous...because his reactions are hilarious.
Not sure what that says about me. >.>;

for the swtor ask meme: 9, 21, and 30 for Shae 👀
thank you kindly I'm having a lot of fun with these asks lol (and these made me really think, which I appreciate)
9. How do they feel about the Force and the orders that use it?
Shae is a big believer in a higher power -- she believes stuff happens for a reason, and the Jedi's theory of "the Force" seems as good an idea as any, even if she wouldn't use those exact words. "Fate", or "guardian angels", or whatever weirdness the Killiks have going on... they're all saying roughly the same thing, in her mind. She doesn't care to commit to any particular system.
Shae likes Jedi. Some of her very best friends are Jedi. They have a certain brand of stupidity (or maybe bravery) that she gets along very well with. 'course, she also thinks a lot of them are way too stuck in one way of thinking. Even the "good ones," she definitely thinks are a bit stupid for binding themselves to so many rules, and the Republic... but it's okay. She can be friends with people that make stupid decisions. She's very good at that, actually.
Shae doesn't tend to get along with Sith very well, but she's open to it (she's open to just about anything, let's be real). Most Sith, after all, are figures of authority who regularly abuse said authority, and that's one thing Shae will not put up with. But... you know. She's friends with Galen, so anything could happen.
In general, she really tries to avoid judging anyone by their affiliations. She gives everyone a chance, and judges them based on their personal actions.

“There are a lot of trees on this planet,” Bowdaar observed from his co-pilot’s seat in the cockpit of Virtue’s Thief.
“Yeah, that’s part of why people like it,” Eva replied as she maneuvered the Thief down through the atmosphere, heading toward the reserved landing pad. “I’m gonna warn you, the people are snooty.”
“I survived Alderaan and enjoyed their trees,” Bowdaar reassured her.
Eva gave him a smile and returned her attention to the dashboard.
**
“You haven’t told him?”
“And you’re not either!” Eva hissed at Corso. “It’s a SURPRISE.”
Risha bit her lip to keep from smiling too hard as she looked again at the tickets in her hands. “And here I thought we were just delivering some very nice spice to House Naberrie.”
“Well, yeah, but we missed both our birthdays this year, too, on top of the surprise, so I figured we would really splash out now that I’m the greatest smuggler in the galaxy.” Eva shoved her hands in her pockets. “And Corso still hasn’t told me what he wants to do for his birthday.”
“I am a simple man on an adventure. A big one,” Corso replied, shaking his head slightly, as if he was still in disbelief about the course events over the last year. “I told you before on Coruscant, this – this is as much as I can handle.”
“We’ll see about that, Corso Riggs,” Eva teased him.
~~
Bowdaar’s long legs had carried him ahead of the rest group, and he stopped at the ticketing gate. He read the sign. Twice.
He waited for the children to catch up. (At over 100, everyone was a child to him.)
Wordlessly, he gestured with a long, hairy arm.
With glee, Little Girl exclaimed, “Surprise! Welcome to the Naboo Food Festival! And Fashion Week, if you’re into that.”
Bowdaar blinked, then he stared up at the billboard again. “This is the greatest festival in all the galaxy. I saw a holo-documentary about it.”
Bowdaar had luxuriated in the free access to information on Virtue’s Thief. Documentaries and daily news shows were a favorite….but Eva had noticed he particularly liked the ones about food.
This was the conclusion she’d made, and she hoped she was right. “Well, now you get to experience that and all the food it has to offer. Me and Risha are probably going to go buy some stupid expensive clothes, so feel free to taste the galaxy on my account.” Eva plucked one of the tickets out of Risha’s hand and offered it up to Bowie. “Maybe you can find a favorite food out here.”
Bowie, to this point, had prioritized “safe food.” He’d started testing things out in the kitchen, making a meal for himself or for others. Now. A favorite food? One preferred above all others?
That would require some testing. And bravery on his part.
Little Girl was the best at finding good challenges for him. Bowdaar took the ticket, and later decided that his birthday aligned with the Naboo Food Festival. Every year.
Corso Riggs's farmboy thing could have been cute and wholesome if he didn't act like the Fem Smuggler was his possession even when you don't romance him every time she flirts with someone of they flirt with her.
He could be a great first mate if he didn't act like my smuggler Mechi belonged to him and she didn't spend half the game debating if she wanted to add shoving her first mate out an airlock to her rap sheet.
