finally started uploading an ARG project i’ve been slowly building for a while and i’m honestly really excited about it

it follows a university archivist who discovers a hidden office and an old external hard drive labeled PROJECT_Y, then decides to document the contents before telling anyone else it exist

the story unfolds through:

screen recordings

transcribed files

archive restorations

community posts

and audience participation puzzles!

it’s very slow burn and heavily inspired by old internet mysteries, archival research, obsolete software, and weird academic documents

also i got way too invested in designing fake research papers and archive metadata for this thing

Decided to share some stuff while I struggle to save my corrupted project files. Yeah, you heard me right. While worrying over IRL stuff I had to update somethings on my computer and the animatic files were attached to one of the updates. almost all of them got corrupted.

So I'm trying to figure out if I have them backed up but Idk where my USB went.

Hundreds of hours spent now lost.

I have to re-buy all the car skins, decals and car parts that can't be earn through hunts. I have to re-buy all the music and lost 99 of every item and all the gil I had.

I need to collect all the royal arms again.

And, lost all the recipes! Sorry Ignis

I had found all the silver doors and defeated all the boss monsters there as well as some level 99 monsters and that mountain size turtle 3 times! Fourth times a charm I guess.

I just wanted to get the fourth ribbon, so all the guys would be immune to status effects. I was level 103 and trying to reach level 120.

But, I lost to the worst and most powerful Boss - Corrupted Files.

Trying to look on the bright side. Playing the game through fresh eyes, but knowing what to do this time.

None of the DLC files were corrupted. I still have everything that came with FFXV Royal Edition. And, I had save my favorite Prompto pic to the library.

Finally posted the first chapter of my first fic!

This doll is the reason we don't have in The Sims 4 an exchange like the one we used to have in Ts3: this doll messed up a lot of games, after being downloaded automatically from players that had their game files been infected.

People believe the doll contains a virus, because of the fact she is really difficult to delete and spreads very easily from content uploader simmer to downloader simmer.
