I'm so exhausted of how when you work in corporate it's always expected of you to be proactive and constantly inventing new ideas (and now it's also all about fucking AI). And if you just want to focus on your direct responsibilities without constantly optimizing or inventing new processes, you're considered not productive enough
Like, I'm a junior specialist, maybe I just want to do my routine work, give me a break, I can't produce new ideas daily (and ofc it doesn't even affect my pay raise)

On the bright side, I feel like I’m probably not getting fired because they’d most likely want to fire me on a Friday to suck one more productive day out before the weekend. Who knows, really?
