Today is starting out as a very dark Sunday. It still is very dry here and cloud cover is thick, like a heavy rain is coming. According to TV, a few might see a couple sprinkles but that’s it.
This morning’s pics were taken two hours after sunrise.
This is how it looks facing east from the edge of the soybean field. The corn field here seems to be more stressed than other nearby fields. The next shot will show what the west 150 feet of the field looks like from where I was standing.
The corn plants on the west end of the field all look like they are barely hanging on. I don’t know why there is such a difference.
I got these two ☝️off my Big Boy tomato plant out by the shed. They don’t look very big for the Big Boy variety. I bet they are going to taste good in my lunch salad. 😋
