My setup btw

I tried to make a traditional Viking stew and it ended up being a literal disaster, the meat was all dry and the veggies were mushy, I added way too much salt and it was like eating a saltlick, the broth was all greasy and separated, I mean what even is the point of a stew if its not comforting, this was like a warm hug from a sweaty stranger, definitely not the glow-up I was hoping for, 10/10 would not recommendwatch full video: https://youtu.be/2gMNiMqDeUI?list=PLjBgcvtYPpOStiXCX1octyb7Li5I4LiXM
