Ingredients: 1 lb chicken breasts, sliced. 1 onion, sliced. 1 red bell pepper, sliced. 1 green bell pepper, sliced. 1 packet fajita seasoning mix. 1/4 cup salsa. Tortillas, for serving. Optional toppings: sour cream, shredded cheese, guacamole, chopped cilantro.
Instructions: Place sliced chicken breasts, onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper in the slow cooker. Sprinkle fajita seasoning mix over the chicken and vegetables. Pour salsa over the top. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Once done, serve the chicken and vegetables in tortillas. Top with optional toppings as desired.
