So, around the end of last week I was feeling this close 🤏🏻 to ending it all despite being on medication that is supposed to make me feel like not ending it all and it working fairly well until these couple of days. I was very confused by this sudden change and was trying to think of what had possibly triggered it and remembered that I had recently bought a different kind of gummy vitamin because the store didn’t have the ones I normally get. These new vitamins that I take at the same time I take my feel better meds, while saying assorted fruit flavor on the bottle, were in the shape of citrus slices and so presumably have citrus in them which I remembered can counteract a lot of medications. Stopped taking them and lo and behold my mood is much improved. So this is just a casual reminder to make sure anything you take with your meds isn’t contraindicated.

ETA: this seems to be largely debunked.
At first, there seemed to be decent supporting evidence, and even WHO updated their site to include the advisory. Then, WHO’s updated guidelines on NSAID use were quickly taken down and many doctors have come out to say there really isn’t much evidence to support the theory.
