kanto: haunter, lapras, charizard, jolteon, primeape and something else idk
johto: feraligatr, ampharos, umbreon, houndoom, sneasel and xatu
hoenn: blaziken, glalie, sharpedo, lunatone, gardevoir and altaria
sinnoh: empoleon, roserade, houndoom, luxray, mamoswine and lucario
unova: samurott, reuniclus, zebstrika, vanilluxe, braviary and darmanitan
kalos: delphox, blastoise, floette, gardevoir, aurorus and salamence
(these are all based off teams i used in the games)
and my ultimate team is my hoenn team (give or take blaziken)
